Deceiving competitions

This article illustrates the negative impact fake competitions can have on not only the viewers but also the companies responsible for them, as they lose a lot of money when the truth is revealed.



Once again Watchdog has fined companies who are guilty of using fake sites to encourage people to enter competitions.


 
The BBC website lists all of the latest scams and it is surprising just how many there are going on at once that we are so unaware of half of the time.







Other competitions
 
These are competition design examples I came across online, they are much more minimalistic than the articles obviously as they need to be sharp and snappy but it was interesting to find one with a camera too, as this links so closely with our topic.
