Below are all of the final inserts for my tissue box memo pad. I am really happy with the clean and concise layout that I have chosen because it leaves a lot of room for the recipient to fill in their own notes. For my own sake, I have typed the subject matter at the bottom of each concertina so that I can make sure that I have covered all of the information necessary from the website.
